You can follow in the footsteps of the customs officers of yesteryear by taking the GR34 path (marked with red and white) for a 2-hour walk from Dinard to Saint-Lunaire in stunning surroundings.
Visit Saint-Malo, just opposite Dinard, and discover its history. The birthplace and departure point of many great explorers (Jacques Cartier, Mahé de La Bourdonnais, Jean-Baptiste Charcot) and famous privateers (René Duguay-Trouin, Robert Surcouf), Saint-Malo will take you back in time. Cancale, 25 km from Dinard, is both a treat for the eyes and the palate. Voted a remarkable culinary site, Cancale is known for its oysters and shellfish that you can savour while admiring Mont Saint-Michel in the middle of the bay.
